Conversations Among Friends Concert: Open Rehearsal

These CONVERSATIONS AMONG FRIENDS include music from our spring repertoire beginning with some of the Ralph Vaughan Williams’ Studies in English Folksong and selections from trios by Claude Debussy and Frank Martin including the Gigue from his Trio on Popular Irish Tunes. From the standard piano trio repertoire, EPT will sample bits of Beethoven, Mendelssohn, and Shostakovich, the greatest masters to write for this chamber ensemble. Our traditional “light” dessert will include dance forms from the North and South American repertoire.
